About Us
Glenn and Midge Salley are founders and managers of Zoe
Mountain Ministerial Retreat.

Glenn and Midge are both second year graduates of Rhema Bible
Training Center in Tulsa, OK.  They were Prayer Room
Counselors at Faith Christian Fellowship in Tulsa, OK.  After
many years of hosting a successful home Bible fellowship, they
had a year long itinerary of travel; teaching churches across the
U.S. how to incorporate cell groups or home Bible fellowships
into their church structure.  They then moved to Leadville, Colorado
where they pastored for almost five years.

God then took Glenn and Midge into another direction. God
prospered Glenn with a secular job and partnership in Sapulpa,
OK  that lasted for 10 years.  At that time as Human Resource
Director, with over 1000 staff, Glenn actually pastored more
people than when they had a church.

Midge helped start a Women's Aglow group, was an active Aglow
officer for 4 years and was President for two years.

Both Glenn and Midge were Prayer Room Counselors at Grace Fellowship in Tulsa.

After retiring from secular work in 2001, Glenn and Midge made plans to move to the Mountain Home, Arkansas area for fishing
and recreation.   For three years they searched for property in the Mountain Home area for their special place to retire.

    Ministers NEVER retire.

In June of 2005, God kept telling Glenn: "Go back to
Mountain Home, I have something to show you."
When they finally did in October of 2005, after taking care
of family matters, their Realtor showed them this beautiful
    160 acre mountain, totally undeveloped.

They knew immediately that this was a place for ministers
to come and be refreshed. They first saw prayer trails
throughout the woods, then cabins, a clubhouse on top, a
pond, and other cabins for renewal and restoration.

Glenn and Midge dedicated the mountain back to God.

On Glenn's 75th birthday, August 26, 2006 in their daily
scripture reading, God gave Glenn the scripture Genesis
    12: 1-8.
